2. How do I send in my payment?

Online payments can be made with any major debit or credit card. Please contact us via email at support@medical-webinars.com if you want to be invoiced and pay by cheque.

3. What is a Digital?

The webinar tape and accompanying materials are available digitally. You will receive an email with a link to view the webinar recording online.

4. What is a Live Webinar?

Training that takes place in an online environment and is interactive. On average, a webinar lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. The audience can see and hear the speaker’s screen and voice at the same time. During the Q&A session, attendees can pose questions to the presenter via audio or chat window in real-time.

5. Precisely what is a Transcript?

In its PDF version, the transcript is an exact word-for-word recreation of the webinar tape and accompanying materials.

6. May you tell me when I can expect to get my order?

In 2 business days, you will receive an email with the download links to your Digital Download and Transcript order. Details on how to join a live webinar are typically released two days before it is scheduled to take place.

7. When can I expect the email confirmation with the Live Webinar link?

In 2 business days, you will receive a meeting request with the joining link and instructions, how you can join the webinar. You need to accept the meeting request to add this to your calendar.
