Policy for Order Completion & Shipping Timelines

1. If you have ordered a digital download or transcript, you will receive an email with a download link within 2 business days.


2. If you’ve paid for the Live session, you’ll get the joining instructions two days before the webinar at the email address you provided for shipping on your order confirmation.


3. If you want to ensure you get our emails (which contain links to download your orders), please add info@medical-webinars.com to your safe sender list.
